This Payment Policy governs all payments made for courses, mentorship programs, mock interviews, digital resources, and any other services offered by Guidance Adda (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms below.


1. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, which may include:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet Payments

  • International Cards (where applicable)

All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted, PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.


2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Course access or service confirmation will be granted within 0–24 hours, depending on the service purchased.

  • If you do not receive confirmation, you must contact us immediately.


3. Pricing & Offers

  • All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers may be applied only during the valid duration.

  • Guidance Adda reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, without prior notice.


4. Non-Payment or Failed Transactions

If a payment fails due to bank issues, technical errors, or insufficient balance:

  • Access to services will not be granted until payment is verified.

  • If the amount is deducted but service is not activated, please email us with proof — we will resolve it within 48 hours.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please review it before making a purchase.

Important:
Most of our services are digital, downloadable, or time-based, and may not be eligible for refunds after access has been granted.


6. EMI or Installment Payments (If applicable)

For eligible programs:

  • EMI may be offered through select payment partners.

  • Additional charges, interest, or fees may be applied by the provider.

  • EMI approvals are subject to third-party eligibility checks, not Guidance Adda.


7. Payment Security

We prioritise your security by ensuring:

  • All payment data is encrypted

  • We do not store credit/debit card details

  • Transactions occur through verified payment gateways

  • Regular monitoring against fraud or misuse

If suspicious activity is detected, your transaction may be paused or declined.


8. Invoices

Invoices/receipts are provided for:

  • Every course purchase

  • Mock interview bookings

  • Resume/LinkedIn services

  • Mentorship programs

You may request an additional invoice copy anytime.


9. Dispute Resolution

For any payment disputes or concerns:

We aim to resolve payment-related queries within 48–72 hours.
