The Student Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, conduct, and expectations for all learners enrolled in Guidance Adda’s courses, mentorship programs, mock interviews, and career services. By using our platform, you agree to follow the guidelines mentioned below.


1. Student Conduct Expectations

All students must:

  • Maintain respect towards mentors, staff, and other students

  • Display professional behaviour during classes and mock interviews

  • Use appropriate language in chats, groups, and sessions

  • Avoid disrupting live classes, discussions, or mentorship sessions

We reserve the right to remove students from sessions for misconduct.


2. Use of Course Material

Students are not allowed to:

  • Share study materials, PDFs, or recordings publicly

  • Upload content to social media, Telegram, WhatsApp groups

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute paid content

  • Use our content for commercial or teaching purposes

All content is for personal learning only and protected under copyright law.


3. Attendance & Participation

To get the best learning experience, students should:

  • Attend sessions regularly

  • Be punctual for mock interviews and meetings

  • Participate actively in discussions and Q&A

  • Complete tasks, assignments, or assessments when provided

Repeated absence may affect feedback, guidance, or certificate eligibility (if applicable).


4. Communication & Support

Students may contact us for:

  • Academic or career-related questions

  • Doubts during live or recorded sessions

  • Guidance on resume, LinkedIn, or interview prep

  • Technical issues related to access or login

5. Group Behaviour (WhatsApp/Telegram/Community)

Students must:

  • Keep discussions relevant to CA learning and careers

  • Avoid posting spam, political content, or personal promotions

  • Not contact mentors privately unless permitted

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared class information

Violations may result in removal from groups.


6. Mentorship & Career Guidance Disclaimer

Guidance Adda provides:

  • Mentorship

  • Career guidance

  • Resume & LinkedIn support

  • Interview preparation

  • Job search insights

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Job placement

  • Interview shortlisting

  • Salary outcomes

Our role is to guide, not guarantee employment.


7. Data & Privacy

Students’ personal details (name, phone number, resume, academic details) are handled securely as per our Privacy Policy and used only for:

  • Course access

  • Mentorship communication

  • Certificates

  • Updates and support

We never sell or misuse your data.


8. Payments & Access

Access to paid programs is granted only after successful payment.
Students must not share login details or access credentials with others.

Unauthorized sharing may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Account termination

  • No refund eligibility


9. Certificate Policy (If applicable)

Certificates are provided only when:

  • The student has met attendance requirements

  • Assignments or evaluations (if any) are completed

  • Program-specific criteria are followed

Not all programs include certificates; refer to the course details.


10. Safety & Well-being

Students are encouraged to:

  • Reach out if they feel stressed, confused, or overwhelmed

  • Request career counselling whenever needed

  • Maintain a respectful, supportive attitude towards peers

11. Policy Violations

We may suspend or terminate a student’s access without refund if they:

  • Violate platform rules

  • Share paid content publicly

  • Harass mentors or peers

  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour


12. Policy Updates

Guidance Adda may revise this Student Policy occasionally.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
